Order Processing Time
  • Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
  • Specific remote locations might have longer delivery times or additional shipping charges.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Our store is based in India; therefore, orders shipped within India will not incur customs or import duties.
  • All prices include GST as applicable.
Damages
  • If you received damaged products, please email the pictures of the products to contact@athmaspa.com. We will replace the product once we have evaluated the extent of the damage.
  • This process may take up to 10 working days to complete.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
International Shipping
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates as we expand our shipping locations.
