Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

  • All products, once sold, cannot be returned.
  • Do not accept the delivery of any product if the original packaging is damaged or tampered with.
  • We will accept returns only if you find that the product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired. You must inform us within 3 (three) days of the delivery date by emailing contact@athmaspa.com.

Refunds

  • No refunds are applicable if the order is delivered.

Exchanges

  • Only defective or damaged products will be eligible for exchange.
